Dear Rich,

I want to thank you with more than just a scribbled word on a check for the extraodinarily nice job you did for me a few weeks ago. You and your crew always do impeccable work – and efficient! – both in planting and cleaning up. As I work in the yard I’ve noticed several ways in which you’ve gone way beyond that. You even planted some thngs that I’d dug up and left lying around! And I can see with pleasure, every time I look out the window or walk around, how much care you took to find the best-shaped, best-matched, nicest-colored specimens for me. I can’t tell you enough how much this means to me – but I tell everyone else, too!
